Manage Your Subscription
Easily update your subscription anytime through your customer portal.
Below are the quick actions you can take:
π Edit or Swap Products

Just login to the my account section from our store and click on "View and edit subscription" button. Select the specific subscription you wish to update.

On the subscription details page, click the Edit your upcoming orders hyperlink.

You will be redirected to the edit page where you can:

Add: Include new products in their next delivery.

Swap: Exchange an existing product for a different variant or item.

Adjust Quantity: Increase or decrease the number of items.

After making adjustments, click Confirm to apply the changes to all future renewals.
π Reschedule Order Date
- Just login to the my account section from our store and click on "View and edit subscription" button

Select Change Next Order Date.

Pick your preferred date and confirm.
π Change Delivery Address

Just login to the my account section from our store and click on "View and edit subscription" button

Choose the subscription that you would like to do changes to, and then click on "Manage your Subscription"in the Customer subscription detail page. Quick look of the screens below
- Now, on the right of the screen you would see "Shipping Address" and a "Change" option next to it, click on that and change the shipping address of your upcoming order.

Click save.
β Skip Upcoming Order

Just login to the my account section from our store and click on "View and edit subscription" button

Select Skip Next Order.

Confirm to skip that shipment.
βοΈ Edit Contact Information

In your portal, go to Account Settings > Manage Subscriptions.

Click on the "Change" hyperlink next to the contact information to update the email or phone.
- The next screen will show up the fields to update the email and phone number (optional). Just fill up the details and click on "Update".

Save changes to keep your subscription updated.
β Cancel Subscription

Just login to the my account section from our store and click on "View and edit subscription" button

Select the subscription which you would like to cancel, and click on "Manage your Subscription" button.

Now, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Cancel Subscription" hyperlink, add your reason for cancellation to help us and confirm the cancellation.
- Quick Tip: Add an informative cancellation reason to help the brand understand the issue behind and improvise :)
π Tip: For the best experience, log in using the same email you used at checkout.
